Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents and gain hands-on experience while working toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The role offers shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with daily pay option and comprehensive benefits. No prior PCA experience is required, and training is provided to help you pass the CNA state exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• No previous PCA experience required - willingness to learn
