Advantage PCA & Senior Care in Randall, MN is seeking a reliable part-time Personal Care Assistant to support an adolescent client evenings 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care focused on safety, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities include personal care assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. No holidays required; drivers license and dependable transportation are needed to meet client needs.

Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Randall Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children and adolescents, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring individual for a part-time position working with an adolescent client. The preferred schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Every day as a Personal Care Assistant is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
