Job summary

North West Home Care, Inc. in Helena, MT seeks a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support clients at home. You will provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, hygiene support, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments.

The role offers 30+ hours weekly, flexible scheduling, paid time off, bonuses twice a year, and comprehensive benefits. CNA license or PCA experience preferred; valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CNA license, or 1 year PCA experience, or completion of PCA Training.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Job Position is located in Helena, Montana, as well as many surrounding locations.

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Pay is dependent on experience and availability.

• CNA License (current or expired)OR1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCAOR Completionof PCA Training Program
