Job summary

North West Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated PCA to support Montanans in their own homes. This full-time position, located in Helena and surrounding areas, emphasizes compassionate care, client independence, and a positive team environment.

The role includes companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, with pay $20–$21.50/hour, depending on experience and certifications. A strong caregiving attitude and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work 2 weekends per month on a team-based rotation.
• CNA license or 1 year verifiable PCA experience or PCA training completion.
• Successfully cleared drug & criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and social engagement with clients.
• Meal preparation and dietary monitoring.
• Light housekeeping and hygiene assistance.
• Bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Medication reminders and transportation to appointments.
• Assist with shopping and errands as needed.

Job Position is located in Helena, Montana, as well as many surrounding locations.

Pay Range: $20-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Pay is dependent on experience and availability.
