Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Private Duty Caregiver to support patients in their homes in Indiana. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with day and night 12-hour options currently offered; benefits begin at 30+ hours per week.

You will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay independent and comfortable. Must have TB test and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel up to 60 miles and work at multiple homes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and build close relationships with clients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in the home environment.
• Follow agency policies and provide one-on-one patient care.

Patients are located in Aurora, posted for visibility within the area!

Current Schedule Needs: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays 6am-6pm

Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 6pm-6am

Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour

12-hour day shifts & night shifts available now!

Ideal candidates:
