Job summary

Peaceful Living, L.L.C. in Minnesota is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care, helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and transport to appointments using a company vehicle.

We offer 18/hour starting pay, medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, RN support, and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude and desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Medication administration.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
• Support independence and personal goals.
• Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.

Full-time, Part-time & On-call positions available!

We currently have openings on our morning shift (6:30am-2:30pm) and evening shift (2:30pm-10:30pm).

Are you a compassionate caregiver who wants to make a difference in someone’s daily life? Join our supportive and friendly team providing personal care to individuals in their homes. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
