Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification (or willingness to train).
• No barrier crimes; clear healthcare background.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Current TB screening (within the past year).

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate documentation through EVV system.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team.

Requirements

• Must have no barrier crimes (clear background for healthcare)
