Responsibilities

Begin your nursing career as a Personal Care Assistant by providing assistance with residents' daily activities to support an independent lifestyle within our Senior Living Community. Your main goal will be to deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting residents with bathing, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
2. Reporting changes in residents' conditions to supervisors and documenting observations thoroughly.
3. Following procedures for medication reminders to ensure correct timing and administration.
4. Responding appropriately to emergency call lights.
5. Performing dining room duties and assisting residents with their dining needs.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

1. Current certification in an accredited First Aid course and CPR.
2. Participation in a medication course.
3. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to ensure safety and effective communication with patients and visitors.
