Job Details

We are seeking flexible (part-time, full-time, or weekend-only) certified Personal Care Aides in the Bucks County, PA area to provide essential care at our clients' homes. As a home health aide with Priva, you will deliver exceptional support to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily activities such as bathing, oral care, and dressing.
• Measure and record vital signs, report deviations, and assist with medication management under nurse supervision.
• Support clients with mobility, including transferring and walking aids.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks like laundry and dishwashing to maintain a clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members, maintaining accurate care records.
• Follow infection control protocols, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• HHA/PCA certification in PA preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Starting at $16/hr, based on experience.
