Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care is hiring caregivers in Northwest Arkansas to provide non-medical care, companionship, and transportation support. The role offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour with a weekend differential for certain shifts, plus flexible PRN scheduling to fit class schedules or other commitments.

Employees can access annual increases based on performance, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, and support for PCA or CNA certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid and current driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADL's.
• Transportation and assistance to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation
• Assisting with light housekeeping
• Assisting with recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising etc.
• Medication reminders
• Other duties as assigned.
