Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head in Hilton Head, SC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. You will provide essential daily care and companionship in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal planning, light housekeeping, mobility support, and monitoring health changes. A caring, reliable, and patient attitude is essential to support families and clients in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or caregiver preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
