Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers to support seniors and adults in maintaining independence at home. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a compassionate role focused on safety and comfort.

You’ll perform non-medical caregiving tasks, offer companionship, and assist with daily activities in clients' homes, with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Vet ting process may be required per state regulations and applicable federal law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, with punctuality and professionalism.
• Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate.
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable).
• Monitoring client well‑being and reporting changes to the care team.

Who You'll Serve
