Utopia Home Care and Companion Services provides in-home care for 9 Managed Residential Communities (MRCs) in Connecticut, assisting clients with nursing and home health aide services. Family-owned since 1983, serving over 1400 clients statewide.

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our partner, The Towers, in New Haven, CT.

We are looking for PCA/CNA/HHA for cases at The Towers. Specific days and times are flexible and can be discussed based on your availability!

Our caregivers provide hands-on care for clients requiring assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, transfers, and medication reminders. This role requires patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to care for others as if they were family. If caring for seniors and clients with disabilities is your calling, this position is ideal for you!

To Be Considered:

• Must have a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification, with original documentation from a recognized training provider.
• Must provide original documents for CT Driver's License or CT State ID and Social Security Card.
• Must be able to provide proof of recent physical and PPD test (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain them promptly.
