Job Responsibilities

You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. You will handle potential client inquiries about Arch Home Care services.

• Basic computer and telephone skills
• Patience and understanding to support caregivers, clients, and partners
• Perform personal care activities to assist patients with daily living activities, including but not limited to:
• Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom use, bathing, mouth care, shaving, skin, and hair care)
• Ambulation/transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• Perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning
• Assist with patient-specific activities taught by Arch Home Care nurses
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises
• Measure and prepare special diets
