Responsibilities

You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. You will handle potential client inquiries about Arch Home Care services.

Basic computer and telephone skills, patience, and understanding are essential to support our caregivers, clients, and partners.

Perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

• Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom use, bathing, mouth care, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving

Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions, accompany patients on errands or medical appointments, and perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

Perform patient-specific activities taught by Arch Home Care nurses, including assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises and measuring/preparing special diets.
