Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Archbold, OH is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for FAIRLAWN HAVEN - ARCHBOLD, OH, a full-time 3rd shift (10PM – 6:30AM).

The PCA will provide compassionate daily living support to residents; must have a loving disposition for the elderly and be a reliable, team‑oriented, self-motivated worker with excellent attendance.

Drug Free Workplace/EOE, Veterans, Disabled and other protected categories.

Qualifications

• First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Feeding Assistance Certificate, preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, family, staff.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
• Must be able to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment Max. 50 lbs.
