Job summary

Clarity Care in Green Bay, WI is hiring an entry-level Personal Care Worker to support our Members with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep and companionship. No prior experience or certifications are required and immediate hiring is available.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, toileting, safe transfers, light housekeeping, meal assistance, medication reminders, and documenting tasks. High school diploma is required; a WI driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• People person with strong customer service orientation.
• Hands-on caregiving experience preferred.
• Personal Care Worker experience or certification required.
• Desire to engage with the community and help others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).
• Perform safe transfers and assist mobility.
• Complete required documentation for tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation per guidelines.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and be present with members.
• Assist with errands and transportation if required.
