Job summary

Addus HomeCare is actively seeking Personal Care Aides to help clients in their own homes across Montana. The role offers flexible hours, competitive wages, and opportunities for bonus pay. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with travel between client homes as needed.

Qualified applicants may have PCA or CNA training, and a 16-hour training course is provided at no cost. A background check and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA training welcome and encouraged.
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost.
• Background check required to start.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization).
• Travel between clients' homes to provide care on schedule.
• Support clients to stay happy, healthy, and independent at home.
