Addus HomeCare in Montana is actively hiring Personal Care Aides to support clients in their own homes. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to begin with a 16-hour training course provided at no cost, making entry into healthcare accessible.

As a PCA, you will travel between client homes to assist with daily activities, meal prep, transfers, and light housekeeping while contributing to clients' health and happiness in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Trained PCA or CNA welcome to apply and start right away if selected.
• 16-hour training course is provided at no cost to you.
• Background check is required; drivers must have a valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, transfers, dressing, bathing.
• Provide light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization to promote independence.
• Travel between client homes to deliver in-home care as scheduled.
