About The Role

We are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to support our aged care and NDIS clients living in their homes around Fairfield, Merrylands, and Liverpool areas. You will provide a range of services to help clients continue living in their own homes and enjoy a life they choose in their local community, including:

• Providing personal care
• Assisting with light cleaning and laundry duties
• Helping with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments, running errands, and facilitating community access
• Offering companionship and emotional support

About You

In joining our team, you must have:

• Availability flexibly between 6:30am to 10:00pm daily
• Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police check
• CPR and First Aid Certificates
• A NSW Driver Licence and reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
• Experience administering medication and managing epilepsy (highly favourable)
• Bonus if you speak a second language!
