Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Worcester, MA to assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will provide companionship, engage in activities, monitor health, and report changes to healthcare professionals, while helping maintain a clean and safe home per care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
