Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide in Massachusetts to assist patients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support their health. This role emphasizes safety, empathy, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.
