Professional Care Match in Massachusetts is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients with activities of daily living and provide companionship in a compassionate team setting.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $22 depending on experience. Weekly pay, earned sick time, and professional development opportunities accompany a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.
