Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is hiring caregivers to support clients in Waterbury and nearby towns. We seek caring, dependable aides who can travel to shifts and assist with daily activities beyond basic tasks.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. You will build professional relationships with clients, families and coworkers, and ensure reliable care by staying punctual and covering shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in Waterbury and surrounding towns; driver’s license and car strongly preferred.
• Dependable, punctual and able to provide one-on-one assistance for clients.
• Capable of building a professional relationship with clients, family members and coworkers.

Responsabilités

Caregiver Requirements:

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns in and outside Waterbury, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).
• Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.
• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:

• Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks that need to be performed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer transport themselves

Our primary areas of service are:

• Cheshire, Hamden, North Haven, Oxford, Prospect, Southington, Waterbury, and Wolcott
