Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support across Waterbury and neighboring towns. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while building trusting relationships with clients.

We value reliability and punctuality, require access to transportation, and offer competitive pay with flexible schedules, benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns in and outside Waterbury, not on bus lines.
• Driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

Responsabilités

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Caregiver Requirements:

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:
