Job summary

The Good Care Helpers in Ripley, TN is seeking a devoted caregiver to support clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. You will provide companionship, plan meals with dietary awareness, and perform light housekeeping while maintaining a safe, respectful bedside manner.

Responsibilities also include monitoring health changes and communicating with the care team. CPR certification and prior caregiver experience are required, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience is required.
• CPR (American Heart Association) certification is required.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful with a good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
