Job summary

Seton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer Full Time and Part Time positions across 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a to support 1:1 resident interaction.

We value a caring, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth, tuition assistance, and a supportive leadership team. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, along with a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have long term care experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in skilled nursing.
• Experience in healthcare and long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps resident maintain their highest level of functioning by presenting appropriate activity programs according to resident’s physical capacity, cognitive ability and interest.
• Invites and encourages resident participation and assists in transporting.
• Engages individual resident in maintaining maximum daily Living Functions.
• Assures the safety of individual resident.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees/programs.
