Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care for clients in the Augusta area. Weekend morning and night shifts are available to support families and clients who need help during weekends.

We value dependable caregivers who can work independently, communicate clearly, and ensure client safety and comfort in the home setting. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and reliable caregiver.
• Provide respectful, one-on-one home care.
• Communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare light meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Are you a dependable and compassionate caregiver looking for weekend hours? Interim HealthCare of Augusta is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

We currently have an immediate need for caregivers who are available for weekend morning and night shifts.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare light meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
• Strong communication skills
• Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Morning and night availability is especially needed
