Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned home care provider serving the Melrose area. We are hiring a part-time Personal Care Assistant to work Tue-Fri, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. We offer competitive wages, paid sick leave, flexible shifts, direct deposit, and tailored training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and behavioral support as needed.

We deliver personalized in-home support to children, adults, and seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

We are currently hiring for a part-time position in Melrose with a consistent schedule of Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are seeking reliable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every day as a Personal Care Assistant is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
