Golden Heart Senior Care in Dayton, OH is seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. You will work in clients’ homes in Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Franklin, Springboro, West Carrollton, Xenia, and surrounding areas to help improve seniors' quality of life, and keep them independent and safe at home longer.

Job Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $14.50-$17.50 per hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with office and family
• Bathing, showering, toileting
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing & grooming
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing mail
• Grocery shopping, running errands
• Transferring and providing transportation to appointments

Job Requirements:

• Genuinely concerned about helping people
• Ability to pass background and criminal record checks
• Pass a drug screening test
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable vehicle & proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of caregiving experience (e.g., home health aide, PCA, HHA)

This position is based at our Dayton, OH office located at 5335 Far Hills Ave #224, Dayton, OH 45429. The role may require travel to serve surrounding areas.
