Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we’d love to meet you.

This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement, with flexibility to assist families beyond traditional caregiving duties. Training is provided, and overtime is available with authorization.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required).
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders.
• Safely transfer clients and provide assistance with personal care needs including dressing, and toileting.
