Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Stockbridge/Chelsea area is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. You will assist with daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safe transfers, with caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Certifications like CNA/HHA are welcomed but not mandatory; HIPAA privacy is respected; flexible schedules and paid training are offered to support your growth and a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but NOT required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

This position is located in the Stockbridge, Chelsea and surrounding areas.

• Safely transfer clients and provide assistance with personal care needs including dressing, and toileting.

• Offer flexible, multi-generational support to the broader family unit, including childcare assistance
