Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Assist with mobility: ambulation, walker, and wheelchair support.
• Prepare simple, balanced meals and monitor hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and fall-prevention checks.
• Provide medication reminders and note changes to supervising nurse.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, and escorted outings.
• Transport clients to appointments, groceries, and community activities.

What You’ll Do for Clients

• Personal Care Excellence – Provide respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Mobility & Exercise – Guide ambulation, walker/wheelchair.
