Job summary

hcaoa-careers is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and providing companionship.

Openings across mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends with a focus on safety. A valid driver’s license, background check, and good communication are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PCA or CNA experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to promote independence.
• Provide companionship and respite for clients’ families.
• Support clients in home and community settings across various shifts.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
