Job summary

CarePlus is hiring compassionate CNAs, NAs and PCAs to deliver in-home personal care to clients in Virginia. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship in the comfort of clients' homes.

We offer flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff, plus PCA training, PPE provided, and referral bonuses to support your continued service.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA).
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
