Job summary

CarePlus is seeking compassionate CNAs, NAs, and PCAs to provide in-home personal care and support to clients in Virginia. Join our team to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

We offer day shift opportunities with full-time, part-time, or PRN options, weekly pay, and benefits for eligible staff. Training and PPE are provided to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification, NA certification or PCA certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
