Job summary

Urgent Care Plus is seeking CNA/NA/PCA for in-home personal care in Virginia. Join our compassionate team to provide hygiene help, mobility support, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship in clients' homes.

Flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN) with weekly pay and benefits. PCA class offered for uncertified staff; reliable transportation and a VA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required (online training provided for PCA).
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
