Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to deliver hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like environment. You will help residents with daily activities and promote safety, comfort, and independence across our Mid Atlantic communities.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, clear communication with residents and team members, and a commitment to enriching the lives of seniors through daily interactions and activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
