Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver to provide compassionate hands-on care and support in a home-like environment for residents in the Mid Atlantic region.

The role emphasizes maintaining safety, promoting independence, and engaging residents in daily activities while supporting dignity and comfort. Prior CNA certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a premier senior living operator.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Care Giver

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
