Can I Help You Services Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. • Minimum of one year caregiving experience.
• PCA certificate, CNA license or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, bend, stand, and assist clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as authorized.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and care notes.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide companionship while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Position Summary
