We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Personal Care Aides (PCA)/Caregivers. Your role will be vital in improving residents' lives by assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

This role includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding appropriately
• Documenting tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicating clearly and confidentially with staff and management
• Managing assigned tasks within scheduled shifts and adhering to policies and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace, and drug screening will be conducted. The position may require evening and weekend work.
