Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) in Cortland, NY to provide one-on-one in-home care. Compensation includes up to $19.50 per hour plus the Caregiver Rewards Program and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, light homemaking, and medication reminders. Availability on weekday and weekend shifts is required; reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Availability in Cortland, NY
• Reliable transportation
• Weekday and weekend availability, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
