Job summary

Mays Plus is hiring a part-time PCA to assist elderly and disabled clients in Stroud, OK. You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and other tasks to support independent living.

No experience or certification required; OSBI screening is mandatory. Training will be provided. Flexible hours and competitive wage offered.

Qualifications

• Mature, caring attitude and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good communication with client and team members.
• Must pass OSBI screening; possess a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and disabled with daily living tasks such as personal care, bathing and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Support clients to remain in their home by providing compassionate care.
• Work with team to deliver consistent, quality care.

As a PCA, you will work with the elderly and those with disabilities assisting with a wide range of services such as: light housekeeping, running errands, bathing, assisting in personal care, meal prep, etc.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude. Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions. Communicates well with client and team members. Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.
