CareBuilders at Home- Solon OH is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to assist clients with daily living tasks in home settings, upholding dignity and independence.

You will help with bathing, feeding, grooming, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and safety monitoring while promoting comfort and respect in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a personal care aide
• Training in personal care aide duties is a plus
• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, dishwashing, and changing bed linens
• Transporting and accompanying clients to doctors office or to hospital
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with client's exercise and outdoor activities
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals
