Position Focus:

• RN supervision of CNA/PCA services
• Medication management oversight
• Care coordination and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Current Virginia RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience
• Home care or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
