Job summary

americareplus is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home personal care services in Virginia. You will assist with essential daily tasks, ensuring clients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

This position offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or PRN) with weekly pay and eligibility for benefits with full-time hours. Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and certified to provide the support needed to maintain clients’ well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA interest).
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
