• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Support clients in mobility and physical activities.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a PCA or in a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
