Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home companionship and daily living assistance to seniors in the Los Angeles area. You will support personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility, and safety in clients' homes.

We offer part-time, per-diem and full-time opportunities, with mornings, evenings and weekend shifts. Join a mission-driven team focused on respectful, patient-centered elder care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous elderly care experience preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

Role Overview:

we are looking for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) who will assist seniors with daily tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. This role is crucial to ensuring that elderly clients receive personalized care, allowing them to remain at home with dignity and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with personal care activities like grooming, dressing, and basic hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dietary considerations.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and organizational tasks.
• Offer companionship, engaging in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Report any changes in client condition to the care team.

What to Expect on the Job

On any given day, you may help with personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. You'll work directly inside seniors' homes across the LA area, often building lasting bonds with the families you serve. Schedules range from part-time and per-diem to full-time, with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts available depending on client need.
