Join LT Home Health on a part-time schedule (Mon-Sun 4PM-7PM) with flexible work options and ongoing training to support your fulfilling career in healthcare. We value caregivers who are punctual, compassionate, and professional in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving-related experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility (including use of assistive devices).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with grocery shopping or errands as needed.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments or community outings when appropriate.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the client's home.
• Follow care plan instructions and health/safety protocols.
• Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations.
