Care The Wright Way in Decatur, GA is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time roles with up to 40 hours per week. Immediate start available, weekday and weekend shifts.

You will assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and provide companionship. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as PCA/CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred but not required.
• CNA certification required for CNA positions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as required.
• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Available to start ASAP.
